Test Blog

This is a "test blog" so that I can learn how blogging works. Ideally, I would like to use this site as an opportunity for my students to blog with students in other areas of the country. But I am new to this site as well as blogging in general, so I am hoping that by publishing this, I can receive helpful feedback.
